The data we process

Your account: name, email address, language, password (stored encrypted) and profile picture if you add one.

Your company data that you enter: clients, suppliers, products, documents, payments and attachments. It remains yours; we only use it to run the service.

Technical logs: IP address, browser, pages visited and actions taken, for the security of your account and the history of your space. They are deleted automatically after one year.

The messages you send us from the website or the app, with their attachments.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep your session open and remember your language.

On the public pages we may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics) to learn how the site is found and used. They never receive your company data.

Hosting and providers

The application and its database are hosted in Germany (Hetzner). Files are stored with Cloudflare (R2), which also protects the site. Emails are sent by Resend and online payments are processed by YouCan Pay, which does not share card numbers with us.

Who can access your data

Only the members you invite to your space, with the rights you give them. Our team only accesses it to help you at your request or for security reasons, and every access is logged.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept while your account is active, then deleted at your request, except what the law requires us to keep (subscription invoices in particular).

Your rights

You can view and correct your details from “My account”, and ask for access, correction, deletion or export of your data by writing to [email protected].
